Buckwheat honey has been a favorite since I was a child, so it’s always a must order. This one is strongly flavored, so it’s not always to everyone’s tastes, but I love it. It’s great on quark or yoghurt, and gives an amazing depth of flavor when baked into a honey wheat bread. I appreciate the glass jar, I can set it in a saucer of hot water to get the very last bit out easier.
I start every day with a bit of Gardner's honey on my hot oatmeal. East and delicious. I don't know how I found you, but I am so glad that I did. I have always loved dark honey, and yours fits the bill. Dark and not overly sweet.

I had to try this after reading the description, and found it to be as wonderful as anticipated. The honey is beautifully dark and richly layered with flavors. Highly recommended- it would also make a unique and delicious gift!
