SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ship orders the same or next day. If this isn't going to be possible then we will make this obvious on our site or we will contact you.
If there is an issue with a lost package or damaged items, we will be happy to talk to you about it and resolve the problem.

We are presently using UPS for most orders around the USA and Speedee Delivery Service for heavier items in MN and the surrounding states.

In a few cases, we have had packages delivered within 24 hours of an order. However, most orders will take 3-5 days from the order being placed.
PICK UP
Please contact us first if you wish to pick up products. While we are usually around to help you, we are primarily busy beekeepers which means that we may be out taking care of the bees.
