I love the flavor profile of this honey! It is my most favorite and use it almost exclusively. I make bread several days a week and this significantly improves the flavor! My kids use it in their smoothies every day as well. It has a sweet, but not overly so flavor that adds depth to what you put it in…tea, spread on biscuits, etc. We don’t use any other honey these days and have also seen a reduction in allergy issues, since this is fairly local-to-us honey.
