Wildflower is the name we give to our main crop of honey. Since the bees travel in a 3 mile radius from their hives, they forage on a wide variety of blossoms such as basswood, clover, and goldenrod to name a few. This honey ranges from light to amber and has a smooth, floral taste.

There is so much flavor going on in the wildflower honey, but none of it is overpowering. Floral without being a perfume. While I prefer a stronger flavored honey, like buckwheat, this is our family’s go to table honey. A million times better than a blended store one, and don’t tell my neighbors, but better than his too. This is typically a richer, darker wildflower honey than what I find locally, so I keep ordering online every couple months. Year after year.
