Honeycomb just as the bees make it. It has simply been cut out and placed in a box. This specialty item can be consumed in a variety of ways but most people like to chew on a piece and either eat or disgard the wax afterwards. This particular honeycomb contains buckwheat honey - a truly unique and extremely flavorful honey. It also seems to be something completely unique to us and not available anywhere else.
 
This is a very seasonal item and is usually available from August until October. Each slice weighs roughly 6 to 8 ounces.
